Decisions at your fingertips.

Every player and coach in 86 competitions, judged against your squad and your league. The verdict, the reasons and the board paper, wherever the decision is made.

Questions a sporting director asks every week. Tap one to see where Fenida answers it.

1 · The verdict

See what he means for your club.

There is no rating in the abstract. Every candidate is set against your squad and your level, and the answer is Pursue, Caution or Pass, with the reasons beside it.

  • FitStrongTier 3 now and Tier 2 at his peak: second of the six wingers in the squad he would join.
  • RiskLowThree seasons of injuries and his background, checked.
  • PriceGood valueAn asking price of €45–55M, as reported, against a €50M market value.

2 · Coaches

Know what a coach did with what he had.

Every league season is set against where the squad’s value said the club should finish. What is left is the coach: the seasons he beat it, the seasons he fell short, and how he works.

  • FinishesWhere he finished against where his squad’s value ranked, one season at a time.
  • Working styleMinutes for young players, the age of his XI, how long he stays, who follows him.
  • InvestmentThe spend he needs, and the value his players gain under him.

3 · Alerts

Hear it first, on WhatsApp.

Fenida watches every player on your shortlists. When something changes, one message arrives with the news and the player a tap away. Every Monday morning the club’s weekly report follows.

  • InjuriesA player on the shortlist picks up a serious injury, or is back from one.
  • MovesHe joins another club, goes on loan or comes back from one, or a deal is agreed.
  • ContractsHe extends his contract, or enters its last six months.
  • Senior debutsA player aged 21 or younger makes his senior debut, or reaches 45, 500 or 900 senior minutes.

4 · Ask

Ask it like you would ask your chief scout.

In the app or in a WhatsApp chat. The answers come from the same data the app shows: levels, contracts, market values and minutes.

  • How good is Xavi Simons?
  • Compare Adam Wharton and Kobbie Mainoo
  • Who is injured at our next opponent?

Three of the questions Fenida suggests when you first connect WhatsApp.

5 · The board

Put it in front of the board.

Two documents for every player, as a PDF or straight to WhatsApp. The File is the record, with no opinion in it. The Case is the argument, written for your club, and it ends in a decision.

  • Player FileWhat he is, in six fixed sections: identity, level, season profile, availability, market, and a summary of the findings.
  • Player CaseShould we sign him? The case for and against, in the order that decides it, in about two minutes.
  • Weekly ReportEvery Monday morning: the projection, what changed, the next match and what needs attention.

The biggest spend in football, the least industrialised decision.

Clubs already buy the same data as everyone else. What is missing is one consistent way to judge any candidate against your own club, and a record of why each decision was made.

decision at a time. Each one has to be defended in front of a board.

One verdict. Four answers you can see.

Every recommendation is built from the same four questions, and none of them disappears into a single score. If one part of the case is weak, you see which one.

RiskLow

No meaningful injury concern in three seasons, and none in his background.

Behind every verdict, a range.

Every rating comes with a likely range. Thin evidence gives a wide range, and the verdict waits until the evidence is there.

One Bayesian model, fitted on 171,901 matches across 86 competitions and 11 seasons. 14,903 players who have played both in Europe and elsewhere tie every competition to one scale, so a candidate in Brazil, one in Poland and your own player sit on the same line.

In their words.

The people who use Fenida to make the decision, and to take it to the board.

Built for everyone around the decision.

The same verdict, read four ways: the people who sign it off, the people who make it, and the people who build the case.

Owners and the board

A paper you can read in two minutes, with the reasons and the risks on one page and a clear recommendation at the end. The week’s report arrives on WhatsApp every Monday.

What goes in, and what every answer is measured against.

Fenida works with event, tracking, physical, market, fixture, contract and injury data, public reporting and your own providers, and sets all of it against your squad, league and level.

Configured to your club

Your league, your level and your squad are the reference for every answer.

Your data, or ours

The model works with the event, tracking and market data you already license. Providers can change without changing the answers.
